With over 20 years of experience in industry, manufacturing, product development, and regulatory affairs, along with a PhD in Immunology and Nutrition Metabolism, I assist teams in understanding new product trends and emerging research. I evaluate evidence for claims and nutritional information labels, and I help create science-driven product concepts that withstand scrutiny.
Nutrition Solutions' approach is to blend nutrition science expertise, food labelling, regulation, and formulation to support product innovation from concept to launch.
