Rachelle Pretorius is a nutrition scientist and academic dedicated to improving early‑life health through evidence‑based practice. As founder of ELNovo, she focuses on maternal nutrition, gut health, and early‑childhood dietary patterns to support brighter beginnings for all children. Her research spans the microbiome, neurodevelopment, and the impacts of modern dietary patterns, translating complex science into accessible guidance for families, clinicians, and industry partners. With experience in scientific writing, research translation, and regulatory nutrition, Rachelle bridges the gap between science and real‑world application, advocating for clearer communication and stronger nutrition foundations from pregnancy through early childhood.
